About the Larimer County Jane Jefferson Democratic Club
Meetings Our members receive email notice of monthly meetings and an interactive calendar and detailed event information is also now available on our website and at the Larimer County Democratic Party's website. If you are interested in attending a meeting and/or in joining the club, please take a look at our membership page and/or contact the treasurer, Kathy Batterton, at kathybatterton@q.com. Meetings are usually located at Dorothy’s Catering, 2248 West 1st St., Loveland, CO. Breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m. followed by the speaker/program starting around 9:00 a.m. and concluding about 10:30 a.m. Reservations for food choice must be made by noon the previous Thursday before the Saturday breakfast to the treasurer, Kathy Batterton, at kathybatterton@q.com. The choices are: continental breakfast, full breakfast, and coffee/tea. Please bring payment for your breakfast choice to the meeting--continental, $5.25; full breakfast, $8.25; coffee/tea service $2.00; and attendance only $1. Dues |

The Larimer County Jane Jefferson Club provides a venue for members to learn about politics and political issues, to support efforts for members and the public to meet Democratic candidates, and to provide a forum for people to witness debate on issues, raise funds, and to coordinate with other organizations, political events, and gatherings. The Club began in Denver during the first decade of the 20th Century as a discussion and action group to support newly franchised voters and was later replicated in towns and cities across the state. It is affiliated with the Colorado Federation of Democratic Women, Inc., and membership is now open to both men and women.
